Educating From the WELLth of IT!
When you listen you learn, One commonality among all people of the world is that they learn and educate. Therefore, educating from the wellth of IT is important to you and everyone you touch. Whenever someone shares something with you, you learn about the subject and about the person educating you. The same is true in reverse. When you share something you are educating another and they learn about the subject and you. Two important questions arise:
With the first question, reflect on the friends you hang around with, what music you play, what newscast you watch, what paper and magazines you read, etc. All of these sources influence your thoughts. Be attentive to your educators and decide which ones to keep, delete or alter. How you educate, that is something you can improve upon today. Of particular importance is the way you educate others when creating the well-living workplace and co-creating the well-living world. In these situations when you discern the best educating approach for the situation then you show your accountability for educating.
